Rosi and i had...dont know what was a matter wth her but she was like out of her mind ...she was extremely restless, she wanted up clawing at the bed wanting to jump up even though she got stairs she uses her steps, then she would jump down which she never does. When she was push would walk on my Head, Face and everywhere. She was panting and pacing, she finally went to sleep by my head under my pillow... i felt so helpless...going to make app. for another Glucose Test tomorrow.Going to search and do some reading on Diabetes in Dogs in the meantime but i do see a nap coming later, but want to fix her something to eat so i can give her a injection

Was there a storm brewing? That always makes Sandy act like that.

I hope you can figure out what was going on with her. Enjoy your much needed nap.

No Storm, she has a Glucose Curve Test tomorrow morning and will talk to her Vet, wondering if she has a bad tooth, she always had good Teeth but Vet said her Diabetes is ruining her Teeth and we need to address them soon. Last night i gave her Gababentin spelling? and she seemed ok other then she came middle of the night and crawled under my pillow again. They called and wanted Apollo in too for Blood work and Urinalyses. He is doing ok other then his soft poop so he has to wait. I just can't do it all. These little stinkers keeping me broke lol

I hope you will soon find an answer to what might be up with Rosi. We can't help our little ones if we don't know what is causing the problem. Our Buddy is also on Gabapentin. Our vet says it is great for older dogs who need to be on it long term. Maybe she needs another Gabapentin if you are only giving it twice a day like we are. The vet told me he could have one every eight hours if it would help his pain.

Well her Blood sugar is still very high, did some changing in her Dosage and she don't want to do a Dental due to it, so wept her on antibiotics and she changed her back to Loxicom for pain for a week to see if she is still anxious . And she told me it is very important she gets her insulin every 12 hrs as it could be that i was getting them to close together. So now i have to get up @ 7am and us eating @ 7 as that is when they normally get fed.Sure hope that helps her

It is horrible when we know our babies are having problems and we can't quickly fix it. Hang in there. Hugs
